At the origin there is the olive fruit from which we extract our smooth and balanced O-Med arbequina variety extra virgin olive oil.
From those olives we use the full potential, even the pits. Great source of power to our mill, once incinerated its smoke has outstanding taste characteristics very sweet and elegant.
Only the first winds of smoke are passed over the oil, in order to obtain the freshest aromas.
The O-Med Arbequina olive oil combines perfectly with a slight touch of the smoke. The result is harmonious with sweet notes, providing our O-Med Smoked oil with a delicate touch of vanilla and caramel.
