Description

This new-harvest evoo holds a special place in our hearts, as we carefully select the healthiest trees for the first picking. It represents the beauty and youth of that first day of the new harvest, one of the most exciting moments of the season.

Tasting Notes: Extra virgin olive oil with high complexity in flavor and aroma. On the nose, it features an intense green olive fruitiness with notes of tomato, alloza, green fruits such as banana and apple, and aromatic herbs like rosemary. A medium-bodied oil with persistence on the palate of artichoke, olive leaf, nuts, and an intense green walnut flavor. A very balanced extra virgin with exquisite complexity.

Usage Recommendations: For all types of cold meats and tomato salads. Salmorejo. For muffin or mantecados dough.

Harvest: The O-Med Picual extra virgin olive oil harvest takes place in October. Our mill is located in the center of our olive grove so that all olives are processed and crushed within a maximum of 3 hours.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light (between 15 °C and 22 °C).
