At the origin there is the olive fruit from which we extract our smooth and balanced O-Med Arbequina variety extra
virgin olive oil. From those olives we use the full potencial, even the pits. Great source of power to our mill, once incinerated its smoke has an outstanding taste characteristics, sweet & elegant. Only the first winds of smoke are passed over the oil, in order to obtain the freshest aromas.
The O-Med Arbequina olive oil combines perfectly with a slight touch of smoke. The result is harmanonious with sweet notes, providing our O-Med Smoked oil with a dlicate touch of vanilla and caramel.
